Bronte Halligan made her debut for the Aussie Stingers Water Polo team in 2014 at 17 years of age. She has been representing Australia through the junior ranks.
After finishing high school, Bronte embarked on an international water polo career at UCLA to gain international experience and study. She studied Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies at UCLA. Now a senior member of the Aussie Stingers squad, Halligan made her Olympic debut at the Tokyo Olympic Games and is part of the Aussie Stingers leadership group. Paris 2024 was her second Olympic Games, returning home with a silver medal.
Follow her on social mediaCommander Alexander joined the Navy in 1988 and holds dual qualifications (Masters) as a Maritime Welfare Officer and Management Executive (Capability Development) officer.
Commander Alexander’s operational experience includes border protection operations in Northern Australia. She has served as Navy Women’s Strategic Advisor to the Chief of Navy and was the Commanding Officer of HMAS Penguin.
