Tildesley Tennis

The Tildesley Tennis Tournament was held at Pennant Hills Park on March 6 and 7. This is a prestigious tennis tournament with the Independent Girls Schools Sports Association. The level of tennis is extremely high and the Stella girls played amazingly well across the two days. We won lots of games in both the singles and doubles matches, and we were much improved on our results from 2023. The team has trained hard all year for this event and their hard work showed across all of the games. The team had a great time cheering each other on and watching some great tennis across the two days. Highlights of the singles matches were Eliza’s great round three match, Bella’s close game in round 2, Gracie and Zoe from Year 7 taking on a much bigger and older teams in the doubles (and winning a few games!), and the very exciting round two match from Alice and Sara.

Congratulations to all members of the Tildesley team:

Lara B (c), Bella C, Eliza A, Hanna G, Georgia B, Alex W, Sunny E, Morgan A, Chloe A, Lucy H, Winnie W, Sara T, Alice K, Sophie W, Bianca T, Belle C, Faren B, Ivy H, Ruby C, Zoe N, Gracie B, Keiley B, River L, Zoe A.
