Food Technology News

Year 9 and 10 Food Technology have been working extremely hard and well this week in their Food for Special Occasions Assessment Task. They were required to decorate three cupcakes in class, including making the buttercream. Their cupcakes had to include a variety of decorating techniques and fit within their chosen theme for the celebration they planned as the written component.
